Project

La Fausse Compagnie was founded in 2007 in the “Pays des Vals de Gartempe et Creuse” (86). This association brings together both professional artists and others eager to take part in significant and intense cultural events.
As well as presenting and promoting its productions VibratO , Song of the Horns and the newborn creations Théâtrophone, La sonothèque nomade and Sama Leï at national and international level, it also offers an artistic and cultural presence within the region, fostering links and encouraging encounters on a human scale.

Over the next five years, La Fausse Compagnie intends to continue experimenting with new forms of artistic sharing whilst concentrating on two main areas: The development of Projet Stroh and the organization the cultural season Culture Vivace and the Folies Bastringue Festival.
